When it comes to shopping, I am a virtual girl. I love the convenience of making purchases from the comfort of my home. When it comes to social apps, my heart belongs to Superpoke Pets (SPP). I’ve been looking for a way to fill the gap, when SPP goes offline next March. Yesterday, I found a site called nomorerack™, which incorporates the best elements of virtual shopping and my favorite social app. If you love making friends and finding great deals, you’ll want to read more.
It’s easy to start shopping at nomorerack™. Begin by establishing an account. It’s free and simple; just provide an email address and verify it. Once that’s done, you are ready to shop.
Nomorerack™ posts eight deals every day. Offerings range from electronics to clothing to children’s toys. Deals are posted at noon EST and quantities are limited. This is similar to shopping at stores that offer overstock and clearance items or racing to the SPP Pet Store to buy rare items before they sell out. You have to grab them quickly. At discounts up to 90% off, it’s worth watching your clock. Only a couple items were still available, when I checked at 11AM, but noontime brought eight new items. The gorgeous slouch shoulder bag, pictured at the left, had me doing a nomorerack scamper to the checkout. Not only was the price great, so was the shipping charge of only two dollars. The bag lasted for ninety minutes before selling out. I can’t wait to see what’s available tomorrow.
There are several ways to get nomorerack™ deals. Insanity Deals are 1,000 items that can appear for sale any time during the month. There is no scheduled time for their release, so it pays to do frequent nomorerack reviews.
Charity Deals are an extra daily deal. When you purchase a Charity Deal, nomorerack™ contributes a portion of the purchase price to selected charities. What a nice way to shop and give to others at the same time.
Friend Deals let you exchange Friend Credits for gifts. Nomorerack™ provides you with a tracking link and you get friends to sign up. You can place your link on Twitter or Facebook and mail it to friends and family. When they use your tracking link to sign up, you will get a friend credit. No purchase is required, just an e-mail address. You’ll get a credit for every friend who signs up. I was amazed to see that some members had over 20,000 friends. You don’t need that many credits to get Friend Deals, however. Friend Deals can be purchased for as little as 20 credits. A 50-inch HD television requires 700 credits. That’s worth saving for. Friends and free gifts sound a lot like SPP, but with one big difference. Instead of a handful of pixels, nomorerack™ sends the real thing. Vive la difference !
