Field of Dreams
Expensive clubs, logo golf balls and endless green. Tim worked on his dream, but so far, the only hole on the course belonged to a skunk. (138)

Adolescent Screams
Outwardly complacent, Joe plotted revenge on parents who had forced him to mow the lawn. There was a law against child labor! (126)

Scotty’s Beams
Tired of fighting incessant weeds, Hal dreamed of transport to an alien, grassless planet. (90)

Transporters are great until they stop working!

A great triple and Star Trek, too. How could it be better.

  2. Jim Says:

Nice ones again, GMa. I hope the skunks watch out for the mower and vice versa. Seems child labor laws never apply to household chores and work. I wonder what else would grow on a grassless planet? :)

Really enjoyed these ones, Grandma, and love the video. Nice to be back.

Great to have you back, Kay. You have been missed.

Ahh, you took me back! I love the original Star Trek. Campy, yes, but fun. Great microfiction stories, too!

I’m glad Tim has a dream, and I know if he builds it they will come.

We parents are so mean to our kids by making them help out around the house! But much later their spouses will thank us for it.

Loved the Star Wars themed last one and the video..I hadn’t seen that one before. But then again, I haven’t seen many Star Wars episodes…it was on during my no-TV-in-the-house days.

Three good ones Grandma. We had a similar idea on the second one. :)
