Okay, I’m going to go out on a limb and guess this is an advertisement for music lessons for young girls.

My guess is corsets. But I wouldn’t want to go out on a limb like Kay is going.
Back in those days a ladies’ underwear was very private so they could show only how the end product, fancy looking ladies, looked. Even some as this very young lady on the right dressed for show.
