We have finally found a new house and will be moving from Memphis to central Tennessee in twelve days. There is a lot to do before then and I’ll probably be without internet connection for a few days after the move.

I have scheduled Succinctly Yours posts for the next three weeks. By that time, I hope that we will be settled in our new home and have an internet connection. It is not likely that I’ll be able to participate much, if at all, during this time. Please don’t disappear, while I’m gone. Just submit your links as usual and be sure to visit one another. I’ll look forward to catching up after our move.

I did manage one microfiction for this week:

Polly sat calmly, unaware that her metamorphosis from bird to feather pile was imminent. (91)

Please don’t leave a link, if you aren’t participating in this meme. The link will be removed.

Great use of the WOTW, Grandma…clever and funny, as always. I, too, hope your move goes well, with no glitches and that you all settle in comfortably soon.

Good micro-fiction, GMa! :) We are made to be calm and not woory tthe things we are oblivious too.

Best wishes on the move! Good deal. When we come that way we might give a holler. Mrs. Jim’s brother lives in Milan, north of Jackson and north of the freeway.

I was so focused on the gorgeous cat, I didn’t even notice the bird. Adorable.

Wishing you, Calico, and Miss Muffin, all the best in your move.
I haven’t been able to come up with a submission for SY this week, because I haven’t been feeling well.
